Friendly staff, clean room. Good stay - no problems. Happy customer!

Very reasonable prices, considering many outlets had escalated their accommodation costs because of a weekend music festival in Ware. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only minor moans - bedside lamps apparently not working and no replacement toilet roll provided (not major problems). Noise/music from the bar was not an issue at all.

It is what it is!! It was the cheapest accommodation in the area, and that's what I wanted. The guy that checked me in was very polite and called me 'Sir', he was definitely wanting to act professionally. The rooms were basic but had a TV,and it was a shared toilet/shower room. The noise from the Pub didn't keep me awake, the people that say it does obviously go to sleep too early. (Anyone who leaves a very bad review has extremely high standards for a budget price)

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and went out of their way to welcome me. The room was good value but basic as expected. The only concern was the noise from the downstairs pub area which was loud until the pub closed.

Not the best place for be stayed. Very loud music in bar downstairs till late meant there was no chance of trying to catch up on sleep. Rooms very basic, and could do with sone tlc.

This is listed as a Hotel, however, it is a pub with rooms above it. There is no food offered, and the bathrooms are all shared. The towels provided are small, the windows are single glazed, so allow all the noise from the High Street into your room. The pub is open till 1am Fri and Sat, with very loud music playing till midnight. I spoke to the staff about the noise, he was rude, and refused to list to me. Stating it was advertised as a Hotel and Pub, this is not on the listing. I have concerns over Dara Protection as they insist on taking a paper copy of your details, as well as the electronic copy. These pages are kept in a blue plastic wallet, apparently locked in the safe overnight, and retained for 3 months. Despite this venue being close to my new work, I will not be returning. I had booked for 2 nights, I left after one.
