ロケーションがよく、スタッフのサービスもよかった。 ロビーに無料の飲み物があって、待ち時間なども苦にならなかった。 とてもモダンなつくりで、清潔感があった。

朝食がいまいちだったが、和食の方は種類がたくさんあってよかった。

Close to city attractions and included breakfast buffet, which is great with kids. The family suite was two rooms that had a small hallway with a door shutting it off from the main hallway. The kids liked having their “own” room. There were also public onsens- my daughter and I were the only ones there when we used it. There was a mini fridge in the room and they stored our luggage for free until check in. My kids were given gift bags with small slippers, toothbrushes, and body scrubbers at checkin.

It’s not on the tourist bus loop. Our room was beginning to show some wear but was still very nice.

Clean comfortable rooms and the most space we had in Japan. Location was good. The spa/ public bath was very good and the massage treatments were also very good. Good value for money.

The reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. The breakfast buffet could have been better with more variety.

日本人STAFFは親切で良かった　外国のSTAFFは悪くはないが細い説明の仕方か解らなかったのだと思う全体に凄くいい
