The location of the hotel is perfect to explore Kanazawa and the surrounding area. The staff was really nice and helpful, we appreciated the beverage service and the public bath. The room was comfortable and not too small

La struttura é bella e la posizione comoda per visitare la città. Buona la colazione, con un po’ di scelta anche per la parte dolce. Il personale é gentile. Nell’area comune dal pomeriggio fino a sera ci sono bevande gratuite.

Le tende oscuranti sono assolutamente inefficaci. La camera viene pulita ogni 2 giorni, anziché giornalmente. In camera non ci sono sedie o poltrone e c’è un unico spazio per la valigia.
