ok for 1 night not in the best area in Santa Barbara not in town not close to the beach

Room was dark and had no fresh air. The TV had 2 remotes and one set of instructions and we couldn’t find anything to watch.

very nice little motel. quiet, clean, and very nice staff. loved all the outdoor seating options for relaxing and eating. the breakfast is pretty basic but the evening wine hour was a nice added amenity.

Good variety of breakfast options and afternoon wine, cheese and crackers was a great plus for us. Location was great. Close to all Santa Barbara has to offer. Within walking distance of Marina and Pier restaurants and activities.

The AC unit was inside the room, making it hard to relax or sleep. The breakfast was very poor, and for the price they charge, they could certainly do better. Overall, great location and excellent staff, but the owner seems cheap.

Nice stay. Staff was friendly, room and bed were comfortable. Shower water was either fully hot or fully cold.

It was a cute boutique.

We were expecting closer to the beach, but that was our fault for not paying better attention. It’s about 4 blocks from the wharf. DO NOT let them put you in room 11. It was horrible, we had to ask for a new room otherwise we were willing to lose money and find a new hotel. The front office young lady Dania was great and helpful, she was so kind and understanding. She gave us another room, after we requested and let her know all that had occured. The new room was upgraded and a lot more comfortable. This is our experience; When we checked and got to our room, the room smelled very very strong of mildew, the walls and doors were very dirty. The window was so old we could not open it to air the room out. The air filter on the A/C needed to be replaced. I then noticed there was stuff on the outside of the toilet bowl, upon a closer look it looked like feces. I asked to have room service come and clean the bathroom;which they did very quickly. And it was poop on the outside of the bowl right where you sit. We went to dinner and figured we could just stay out later to avoid the room and just sleep there. When we returned we noticed the large opening under the door that did not seal correct. We opened the closet and it had spider webs. There were multiple mosquitoes that had made it in the room and found dead ones on our bathroom towels. Last but not least getting into bed there was a large spider in the bed. That was the last straw. I will not stay there again. Great staff, but not worth the money.

Lovely environment and friendly happy hour

Location and it was reasonably quiet and comfortable. Fine breakfast as well: more than I expected.

The TV remote was a little hard to use. The AC was a bit noisy. And the setup with the extra bedroom was a bit odd.
