Lavender Inn by the Sea

Great location, within walking distance to the ocean and to restaurants.

The location was good in that it was an easy walk from the train station, restaurants, downtown and the beach. The outdoor seating area is nice, especially at the end of the day. The pool area is also a plus. The hotel is well run and cared for. Reception was accommodating and we especially liked Lee. The breakfast was ok and the happy hour was a nice amenity.

The breakfast could use more variety; it was the same every day. The fitness center was really a very small room with only a treadmill, peloton bike, rowing machine and upright ski machine. The bed was too soft; mattress needs replacing. The Inn was pleasant but in our opinion overpriced; a solid three- (maybe four-) star establishment.

Super neat and clean

Great place to stay. Rooms are a little dated but a beautiful small personal hotel. Highly recommended. Not far from the centre and pier. And there is free bike hire and a daily wine happy hour!

we love staying at Lavendar Inn- so close to everything!

This inn is just lovely, and you can’t beat the location…you can walk everywhere (harbor, wharf, State Street). There is always a warm welcome, and wine and cheese at 5pm, and a nice breakfast (included). Parking is free. There is something so charming about this establishment that it just makes you happy 😍 While we have definitely seen significant prices increases over the years, it remains our go-to on our trips up north from Laguna.

Room was dated. Staff was friendly and the property and room was clean.

Great location near wharf, funk town, restaurants

had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and well-kept, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. Getting around was very easy—the location made it convenient to access nearby places without any hassle. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience
