Terrible front desk service, works like a robot, no emotional rudeness, fake smile, can't handle problem numb work, impatient, trainee manager she's terrible 👎, only does basic things, lacks manager's wisdom.

Nice place for the price. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly.

This is the place to stay!! Loved my “handicap” room! Definitely recommend but fly in to LaGuardia or JFK not EWR (New Jersey). Other than the hotel is super dope!

I recently stayed at this property and was sadly disappointed. This area of Long Island City is not safe. I witnessed what appeared to be some shady deals going down around the corner as I walked back and forth to the subway station. While convenient to the city, I did not feel safe staying here and ended up paying for an Uber to go back and forth to the subway station. There are safer areas of Long Island City. BEWARE. I had a billing problem. Tried to resolve it on the property but person in charge couldn't handle it since boss was on vacation. Not ok. I have emailed the manager three times. No response. I was charged an extra night as a no show because I arrived late due to flight delay. No, not ok, We were a party of five that stayed multiple nights.. I was not made aware of this policy booking through Expedia and still expect a refund. Rooms in NYC area are small. This hotel has the smallest I have stayed at in Long island City. Reasonably clean and modern otherwise and the staff were friendly even if no one could resolve my billing problem. Overall, unhappy customer. Will not return and still expect my no show charge to be reversed.

Clean hotel, professional front desk. Easy and speedy check in with Chelsea.

Convenient access to La Guardia; staff is friendly for NYC standards; room is tiny but clean. Good enough to sleep the night and move on.

The staff was great and friendly, but it would be nice to have more variety for breakfast (eggs and such)
