Staff were really nice, very helpful. The hotel was very clean a definite stay again.

Check-in was a quick and smooth process staff were super accommodating to all of my tedious needs. Front desk staff was available 24/7, which is amazing. Rooms were a decent size smelled amazing soon as you walked in. The room was super clean and comfortable. The checking out process was a breeze. Subway was a 10-minute walk which isn't too bad.

Room very small

I love it so much! The breakfast was very good the view is so good but the better is the service! They do I very good costume service! We come from Orlando a big family and they do everything possible for accommodating us in very good room plus view and be together that was so good

Very clean and not far from Times Square by metro

Very convenient location near Queensboro Station (1 Station from Manhattan). Neighborhood is coming up. Not much to see around yet. Staff is very friendly and installations/rooms are very clean and well kept.
