"Great stay for money!"

The quirkiness of the decor was a delight. it was elegant funk..very contemporary but with a charming warmth. The staff were very welcoming and professional and the breakfasts were excellent.

WiFi at this hotel is non existent. I have stayed at many hotels and this hotels WiFi is the worst I’ve ever seen, Absolutely terrible.

Nice and central to most things in the CBD/Cape Town area. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. As secure parking is not available on site, the hotel does offer secure parking within walking distance (for an additional cost) Room was nice and clean and worth the room rate. Overall excellent stay!

"Exceptional"

Honestly for the price i paid i did not expect much, im easy but difficult to please. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. My room was just what i needed neither too big nor too small, the breakfast was amazing i had so many options to choose from and i loved that, room service was great, the staff were always smiling and very accomodating, excellent staff, i never had anything to complain about. My room was always clean and i was never disturbed. Location This is the place i will stay again if i visit cape town again, which is next year this time. The location was amazing, neither too busy nor too far from all the areas i wanted to go. The city sightseeing bus stops are just around the corner, there is malls close by, a clicks pharmacy just around the corner & even the hotel waterfront bus shuttle everyday, but even without a shuttle, an uber ride was like R30. This was the best location for me. I enjoyed my stay in cape town.

It has fun decorations and friendly staff. The USB outlets were nice for international travelers and they have a shuttle bus to the airport.
