El olor a cigarro y mucho movimiento por la noche de personas poco agradables y pensé que mi reservacion tenía jacuzzi por que era lo que yo buscaba para pasar un buen rato con mi pareja

Location is great. There is a shopping center across the way and several grocery stores within a couple miles. There is a bus stop right outside the motel. Easy access to Long Beach and other nearby cities. It was quiet considering its central position.

I didn't realize smoking is allowed, so my room smelled like both cigarette and weed smoke. I also thought there would be a communal hot tub, but there was just a standard tub in the room. It was quite dark in the room with very few comforting touches (soft lighting, rug, etc.). As far as toiletries, only bar soap and shampoo were provided.

Front desk person rude Burn marks all over bedding Cockroachs in rooms

There was no breakfast.

Dirty room with a lot of hairs. Had to clean it myself with Lysol wipes.

Clean.

No microwave, No coffee maker, Chintzy thin towels, No bathroom floor mat, No ice bucket, You have to pay for ice!! Only office staff speak English, Limited parking. What self respecting motel/hotel does have the above?
