Great place for a weekend get away. Loved the golf course, definitely bring bug spray! Loved the cart ladies who drove around with drinks &, snacks. The only downside is the staff who do their jobs but definitely make you feel as if you are bothering them and would rather do anything else.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The resort was very clean and well maintained.

We have been coming here for years. The hotel itself is nice enough. The decor in the rooms is a little gaudy. The bright pictures on the walls with the giant words are just not pleasant to look at. Photos of the beautiful lake and mountains would be much more appealing. The pillow cases on my sisters bed were dirty and stained. The beds weren’t very comfortable. The restaurants on site could use some improvements. The food at Signatures is average at best. As for the casino they definitely don’t pay out often. Can barely make enough to keep playing most of the time.

Where do I start!!!! The ac in our room would not come on until you were awake and sweating. Every hour my husband too, who is usually cold. The next morning the restaurant for breakfast, 6 standing to be seated and 1 waiting to pay his check. 5-7 minutes with at least 6 servers walked by and looked but not as much as a smile. What about “good morning, someone will be with you shortly” or “I will get someone”. Then the hosted or manager shows up looks like she just climbed out of bed. Not at all welcoming. Then it was so hot before we got our food we were both sweating. Then my bacon and cheese omelette was horrible. So greasy. The bottom of the omelette was browned in oil and was crispy. Home fries were frozen and deep fried. Oh they added a couple sautéed onions on top so now they can call them home fries. So now we go to the beautiful lake to have a beer. It’s 1:00 Sunday afternoon, we were told the 1st time the Tiki bar would open at 1. We say it’s not open!! Oh must be 2 today! Well 4:00 pm they open with no cold beer at all. Under staffed not friendly staff. Needs some major changes. I worked at a Marriott for years. Never again!

From check in to checkout was fantastic. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary and in our room was a card and cake from the staff. Service is amazing, restaurants are great and to top it off the casino is the cherry on top. Rocky Gap is definitely my Happy Place. Highly recommended!
