"Underwhelming boutique Hotel."

Our booking included cooked breakfast.The waiter seemed surprised by this,rather than sort it without fuss he made us feel uncunfortable.It needs attention around the pool,umbrella,table ,chairs etc.Room needs a fridge.On the good side ,best bed i ever slept in

With a small Hotel comes also limited offerings /amenities.only Breakfasts available , no minbar , or any other way to buy anything when arriving late for example . I enjoyed the stay !

"A great location and excellent value in a quiet neighborhood."

Our room was deliciously comfortable, the bed exquisite. Staff were kind and generous. Breakfast at Marcos’ Ki fabulous.

No refrigerator, towel racks, ceiling fan; unusable spa due to flooding at current settings. No ice. Monstrous intrusive TV.

"A beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet location."

Very large contemporary suite. Very comfortable furnishings. Loved the spa bathtub! The Ki restaurant served fabulous breakfasts and Marco the manager offered very helpful suggestions about other great places to eat in Merida.

"don’t wanna stay here again"

the location is really good, right in the city center. cleaning was good and thorough

the internet was awful, couldn’t work remotely. the first room we reserved had black mold in it, the staff was nice and changed the room though. the drain in the sinks in both rooms didn’t work properly and weren’t fixed unless asked. the smell in the room was unpleasant and funky. breakfast was included in the price but was terrible,so as coffee. we had to buy breakfast from a different hotel nearby
