The staff were kind and always available. The rooms were clean and large. The restaurant was rico y especial!

The choice of total play isn't my saint of devotion.

Good choices for breakfast. It would be great if the restaurant offers some food for dinner, even if it is some small dishes. Location is good because the hotel is near to good restaurants.

We were given a room that's underground which we didn't like much. We even had some issues with bugs in the room (cockroaches). We also experienced a bad moment for the poor coordination of a tour that the receptionist helped us with, we wanted to go to Uxmal and we couldn't because the agency reserved a place for us to go to Chichen Itza; at the end we couldn't go to Uxmal and ended up going to another place.

The Hotel Boutique is small but with spacious comfortable bedrooms and a very nice bathroom. The friendly staff went above and beyond to offer us the best service possible. The restaurant also serves very tasty food. The staff accommodated our needs and arrived earlier the whole week to make us breakfast before we left for a conference. I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to Mérida.

Everything good accept the internet. It is the second time that I have stayed there and in the rooms next to the pool the internet doesn't work. And the second time I stayed the price had gone up a lot - too much..

Excellent séjour (2jours). Une grande chambre avec de très grand rangement et d’un lit king size qui est d’un confort absolu. Le petit déjeuner: très peu de choix mais le café à la cannelle m’a fait tout oublier. La piscine, sur les photos elle paraît grande mais pour se rafraîchir du soleil de Merida, ça fait l’affaire.

The hotel is described described as having a restaurant but it is actually only open for breakfast and there is no shop or machine so you cannot even get a bottle of water without walking several blocks and, if you do, there is no minibar in which to keep it cold (This is Merida - where it is HOT even in winter and where you need to use bottled water to brush your teeth. We arrived at about 9:30 PM after being in transit for 16 hours and had to immediately explore what was, to us, a strange city in order to get water and a few granola bars. The toiletries were pleasant but minimal (1 tiny bottle of shampoo for a double room, no kleenex etc.). Staff were polite but indifferent, did not offer to assist or provide info about the area etc.. When asked, their responses were minimal and not very informative (i.e. 'Go left and then right'.
