I liked the cook Marcos, he was a really nice guy and made great breakfasts. I liked the room as it was new and cleaned well each day.

The pool is basically in a parking lot and two nights there was a party there with guests drinking and eating in the pool until late. My room was beside the pool, so it was loud and there was no guard to tell them it was quiet hours. Also, it is about a 30 min walk to the center.

Don't go in this structure. Its a SCAM. We arrived at 9pm and they new we were arriving at that time because we send our arrival time to the structure. No one helped us with bags. This is NOT 5 stars hotel. Not even 4 stars. We booked suite of 41 meters with separate living room and we get a small room of 18m². We asked to change room because this was not we had paid for..We have been told that if we dont like our room we can sleep in another hotel. WHAT????? Since it was late and we were so much tired after 8 hours drive from Palenque we decided to stay. We asked for discount of 20% or to speak with manager but no manager and no discount. In the room was advertised shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. We found only shampoo and vanity set. Not even bath gel. 1 super tiny shampoo for 2 people as only option. Not even a carpet in front of shower. Find another choice for your stay! This place is hell.

There were hair on the bed when we arrived. Breakfast that was included in the price was not in buffet style. We were given a menu in spanish and they told us we can have only 3 choises because for the rest we need to pay extra. The selection was croissant with ham and cheese, omelette and french toast. You can have only 1 dish and it was good in taste but a bit small. Omelette was only omelette without bread or anything else just a sppon of beans pure on side. We asked for fruit juice which was on menu but we were told they dont have any juice today. WhAT? We were told we can choose american style coffee with milk or local sweet limonade as only drink option for breakfast. 5 stars hotel??? Forgot it!

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado y limpio. La cama es espectacular.
