"Its not a 5 star place"

This hotel is no longer what is published. Its not a 5 star place, 3 top It seems It has changed ownership. Towels and sheets old and Broken, the room has humidity spots, It looks abandoned. We pay for a room with view to the garden and It was not the one we got, breakfast included and one day they didnt have a cooker, another day was not possible to have breakfast because they were working on the kitchen, the solution was offered until checkout time, and the solution was a lunchbox for that day.

Me gustó el hotel es pequeño, muy tranquilo, nada de ruido, incluye un desayuno sencillo pero rico. Lo que no me gustó es que el internet nunca sirvió y no hay personal que te ayude con las maletas aunque te vean cargando no te abren ni la puerta . Lo recomiendo si, aunque el servicio y el internet pueden mejorar .

Facilities are ok. Staff was kind and nice. However some details are not ok. Towels while clean are old and look like rags. After cleaning our room the second day housekeeping forgot to out towels back and we had to ask for additional TP this morning as we ran out of it. Attention to details is KEY in the hospitality business…
