Al encender la tina de hidromasaje sale basura (hongo) de las tuberías y ensucia el agua, tuve que llenarla 3 veces desperdiciando mucha agua :( además la llave salpica agua alrededor y se moja todo el piso, tampoco funciona el tapón de desagüe. Por otra parte en cuestión del desayuno, anteriormente estaba mejor, atendía un equipo de un chico en cocina, ahora el desayuno lo elabora la señora de recepción (comprendo su esfuerzo) pero no ofrecen más que huevos con totopos y frijoles y jugó (artificial) y agua, café ó té. La verdad no me gustó y no vale la pena ofrecer esa opción si es deficiente. Volvería pero a una habitación sin tina y sin desayuno.

The hotel is well located, centrally in the city of Merida. The staff was generally available and helpful. Both rooms we used were comfortable, although the second one developed a bad smell at times. The breakfast offered next to the reception, in the same building, was delicious while remaining affordable.

The pet policy should have been clear from the beginning with the information provided by the hotel, until trying to check-in with a pet (small dog). Thankfully some staff members were more accommodating than others, and actually worked on a solution for us. We had to change room for that, and this process was not handled very smoothly.

El último día no me dieron el desayuno por un problema en la cocina.

The mattress only.

Torn bedsheets, super old towels, smelly pillows, super slippery shower, not-working TV, half-use shampoo and lotion bottles, no toilet paper. Disappointing experience.

Very nice rooms, big, clean, comfy beds and bathroom. Cute pool area and super clean pool (yes, parking is right there but during our visit there were no cars and we parked outside). Friendly staff. I'd stay there again

just the location, quite far from the city center, in front there's a high building which spoils a bit a feeling of peaceful cozy place
