Inn on the Alameda

It was the best hotel I had ever been to very clean bed,bathroom, and walls.Oh and breakfast was amazing!Thank you for the hotel 5 stars!

I can't say enough about the Inn on the Alameda. It's charming with lots of Santa Fe ambiance and a great location near the Plaza and Canyon Road. The included breakfast is tasty, Joe's Tequila Bar perfect for a snack and/or nightcap, and the free parking is appreciated. But the best thing is the staff! So friendly and eager to do anything to make your visit the best. General Manager Christopher, Margarite in Joe's Tequila Bar and everyone on the front desk are the best.

Ok but basic rooms. This is more of a motel than a hotel. And the lobby is somewhat overtaken by the adjoining bar. We had to wait for check in at 4.

We enjoyed 12 nights at the Inn on the Alameda in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This was our 3rd stay at the Inn. If you’re planning a short or longer stay in Santa Fe, you will not find a better hotel. The staff is tops across the board. The fantastic breakfast (included in your stay) is hosted by a great team (Reyes, Irma, & Sara). Food and Drink in Joe’s Tequila Bar is always great (Paco is terrific). The Front Desk can accommodate reservations and provide free shuttle transportation in the surrounding area. The housekeeping team is always detailed and your room will be fresh and clean daily. Some things you should consider when looking at other hotels. At the Inn on the Alameda, there is free self parking and no resort fee. The Inn on the Alameda has become our home away from home. The staff have become our friends. It’s a must for your Santa Fe, New Mexico stay!

This hotel is our regular stay for our girls trip every year. It is a fabulous location walking distance to the plaza but far enough away that you can have quiet time. The staff is so nice especially Reyes who goes out of her way to help you and provide a fabulous breakfast buffet. The rooms are nice and clean (we had a patio room). They have a shuttle if needed to take you or pick up from the plaza. We sat by the fireplace and had beer and snacks at night and it was great.

Steps from the Plaza ... Miles from the ordinary says it all! But it doesn't name the staff that make it all happen. From the minute you arrive you know you are in capable hands, from Christopher, the operations manager, to Darla and Jeris at the front desk you just know you are going to be taken care of. Which, we needed at 2 am when we had a major medical emergency. Rebecca, the night auditor put security in charge and she herself rushed us to Saint Vincent's emergency room. A few hours later Rebecca returned to pick us up and return us "home" to the Alameda. We stayed at the Inn, sadly only for one night, on a quick trip after the Balloon Fiesta. What a lovely surprise and we would book an extended stay next time. The location is fabulous as it's within easy walking distance to both the Square and Canyon Road. From the friendly greeting to the wonderful free breakfast to the cute attached patios, it was the best. Did I mention there is a free shuttle? You can't go wrong staying here.

Lunchtime meant quesadilla perfection, while dinner brought delights both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff elevated my stay to another level: Isabel cared for me like family, and tequila maestro David guided me through an unforgettable mezcal tasting—each pour paired with a story as rich as its flavor. Waiter Paco’s thoughtful attention ensured my celebration with friends became a cherished memory. If you long for an experience that marries traditional Santa Fe charm with colorful, uplifting energy, make The Inn on the Alameda your choice. It’s not just highly recommended—it’s “Dr.” approved!

A must stay hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect. Smiling, caring employees, spotless room, filling breakfast, easy free parking and more. Many more praises that I could write. Reyes, in the breakfast area, was a joy to see each morning. I don't think that I have ever met a more customer focused employee. Management - Reyes is a keeper; take care of her so she stays with you! I won't stay anywhere else when/if I visit Santa Fe again

It was a great location to walk to everything we wanted. A few minutes away from canyon rd. 10 minutes from the plaza, and shopping and a lot of food.

The room smelled kind of funny and damp, but everything else was great.
