Location Good easy parking bed really comfy everywhere really clean close to shops pubs and restaurants.

Everything was OK.

It’s very centrally located and you’re able to come & go as you please. Plus parking available!

Nothing really. There are a decent amount of stairs so be prepared to climb w bags.

This was our second stay we cannot fault anything you are given a code to open the main door then you will find your door key in a box.The hotel is so near everything so you never have far to walk.It was my husbands birthday and when we arrived we was greated with a birthday balloon it's the little things that make you feel welcome.The hotel was spotless and and had everything you needed

The location was perfect to explore Southport! Booking was easy as was check in! The communication was so friendly, the room was beautiful and spotless and the bed was so comfortable. We had a fabulous time!

We didn't have a problem with anything! It was great!

The location, the room, clean, very comfy bed and fluffy towels, water, and chocolate in the room.! The easy access and no fuss check in, the communal longe, kitchen area. Ample,and comfortable information on the area. Would certainly return again and will be!. Highly recommended.
