Charme of Villa Capannina

A beautifully located, small, family-run hotel with incredible attention to detail. The few rooms are cozy, and the customer service is outstanding. We were particularly impressed by the delightful breakfast in the charming dining room and the adjoining private park – both absolute highlights. It’s not a modern 5-star wellness hotel but an authentic place with unique character. Highly recommended, and we’d love to return!

There’s absolutely nothing to complain about. If you’re looking for a modern 5-star city complex, this isn’t it – but it’s the perfect choice for those seeking a quiet and charming retreat.

 Прекрасне атмосферне місце, куди завжди хочеться повернутися, щоб відчути незабутні моменти 16 століття. На сніданок були враховані всі наші побажання – найвище похвал! Катерина і Ганна пам'ятають всіх гостей і пригощають солодощами, що сподобалися в дорогу )Дуже любимо цю чудову віллу з її неперевершеним персоналом , що створює атмосферу спокою і розслаблення! До нових зустрічей!

The host is very nice and the place has a lot of history. The location is convenient. We booked the Junior Suite with Garden view, the room is big in size, clean, and well equipped with individual entrance. But the entrance is kinda at the back of the yard so it's quite a bit walk with the suitcases from where the carpark is. The next morning, the host gave us a tour of the salon which was amazing and also show us the history of the building.

We checked in at night around 7pm and it was very dark outside of the entrance entering to the garden. There is no light at all and there were no clear directions on where to check in so we were a bit confused when we arrived. If you are going to check in at night, make sure you communicate the process with the host before.

Tarihi ve büyük yemyeşil bahçesi olan bir köşk. Çok sakindi ve kuş sesleriyle uyandık. Hayatımda ilk kez bu kadar fazla ateş böceğini birlikte gördüm doğası inanılmaz güzeldi. Oda olanakları yeterliydi.kahvaltı salonu tarihi mobilyalarla ve sanat eserleriyle süslü müze gibiydi.

Top Lage 5 min vom Zentrum und 12 min vom Outlet(mit dem Auto). Sehr freundliches Personal und schöne Umgebung. Große Garten, sehr authentische Atmosphäre. Diese Villa ist sehr sympathisch und passt für eine schöne Wochenende. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, große Badezimmer mit allem drum was man braucht. Parkplatz ist kostenlos.

Eine Sache hat leider einen negative Moment - wir waren hier im November und draußen war ziemlich kalt, das Check in war unsererseits auch spät und als das Problem aufgetreten ist, wollten wir nicht mehr unsere Gastgeber damit stören(wir waren hier nur eine Nacht): Es ist sehr sehr sehr sehr kalt im Zimmer gewesen, obwohl diese Wohnung 2 Heizkörper hat(eine in der Zimmer und eine im Bad). Beide haben nachts nicht besonderes funktioniert. Man müsste in einem Sportanzug schlafen um diese Nacht zu überleben)) Vielleicht hätte man um eine externe Heizkörper nachfragen sollte, oder war tatsächlich die Heizkörper kaputt, aber es war schon sehr spät um sowas nach Mitternacht nachzufragen.
