"Nice to look at and clean but too many down sides"

It’s beautiful property to look at and not to bad for a walk to town if you’re able bodied . About 25 mins we booked though as it had a pool and only found out when I messaged the day before it wasn’t available and foo late for cancelling !

We would never have booked had we known the pool was unavailable . Clearly the owner was aware but didn’t advise . Also it’s on a busy road and so hot the windows had to be open as no air con. We had road noise all night literally !

Calme absolu surtout la gentillesse. Tout était parfait : la chambre le parc abore avec des arbres de centenaires, le petit déjeuner tellement magnifique ! Séjour inoubliable mon mari était sous le charme vraiment heureuse d avoir pu croiser ce magnifique endroit. Nous reviendrons

the villa is amazing. It has a very large garden and to outlet is 10mins by car.

Nothing i dont like but The location is convenient if you have a car.

The place is out of this world. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The atmosphere is serene, exquisite, peaceful. The dining area is glorious and the food being served for breakfast is nothing short of an elaborate, yet delicious treat, including home-made deserts. The surrounding gardens are marvellous. The host is very warm, competent and helpful. You would probably pay 5 times the price for a similar reception anywhere else. And you are 1 hour away from Milan or Genoa.
