Bertram Inn at Glenmoor

The room was very outdated. They're was mild in the leaking shower very poorly lite. Not the kind of room you can get comfortable in. The bed linens do not even match. The staff was kind. We were there for a wedding. The venue was very pretty however horrible aucostics.

Amazing property with an old Colonial feel. Loved it huge rooms, comfy beds, beautiful spa, huge pool cant wait to come back in the summer to use the pool and try out the spa!!!

It was old and beautiful. It reminded me of a castle. Staff was great. Ceiling tiles looked stained, but when you consider the age of the building I can live with that. Everything else looked clean and we'll maintained.

Nice amd private. Only stayed one night bit eill be back to utilize the club benefits.

Loved the beautiful setting and historical building. Rates were pretty good as well. Really appreciated that this hotel is pet friendly. Tried to order room service, but it was not available that evening for some reason, which was disappointing. Room was charming, but a little dark - wish there had been more lights or brighter bulbs in the lamps. Lamps with USB would have been nice too to charge our devices. Overall, would recommend this place or book a room here again.

There were buckets and pans all over the lobby to catch rain that was pouring in. There are hot tubs, as described, BUT there are not co-ed, men have to use one in their locker room, and women have a separate on in their locker room. Restaurants were not open, the spa/hot tubs, etc closed at 6pm. None of these details given in the overview or description of location.

The property needs a major overhaul. The rooms and bathrooms need to be remodeled. Mattresses and linens were horrible. The hallways and rooms are so dimly lit. There isn't any signage for the fitness center or much anything else. Creepy dimly lit hallways. Won’t ever stay there again.

Our room was very quiet, which we really liked. I enjoyed using the jacuzzi in the adjacent spa facility. The lobby was very small and awkward.

I stayed during the off season on December and I enjoyed staying there, which didn’t allow to experience the other amenities. I thought it was a nice size room - very clean but could use a little more room lighting I loved the mattress because it was firm but not stiff like a board
