Good view to the water

Not a walking distance from the center, not so clean, not much of hot water and no cell reception

The location is perfect, lovely pool and access to snorkelling in the ocean. The bed was very comfortable

The furniture, specifically the couch, chair and stools are not very comfortable.

Access to Snorkelling area

The building, lack of services. It is not a hotel!! No front desk! No services! It is just an apartment. No toiletries, no blow drier. This is good if you are staying for a few weeks as a group and plan to cook. Price is high for what you get.

A little far from the ferry (around a 20minute walk)

The view from the pool is beautiful and you have access to do your own scuba diving

The location was great, just grab your snorkel and dive in. There is a lot to explore and it is quite easy to walk to the city town.

It was a bit expensive, but the amount of room you get is amazing. You will feel like you have your own appartment on Cozumel!

This property is very beautiful with very clean nice pool and access to water. The apartments are kind of dated, but very clean and very comfortable beds. The view is spectacular. Quiet neighborhood, 30 minutes walk to the downtown area. The shower hot water only lasts 2 minutes. There is hardly any hot water, but since Cozumel is warm, this did not bother us much.

Large rooms. Came with water and all necessary kitchen supplies.

Long walk to town. Cold shower. We were told we could check in at 2 and we confirmed before arrival but when we arrived we were told 3pm.
