Has amazing access to the sea, great pool and views of the sunset. You can do some snorkeling, without the need to pay for a tour if you have equipment.

Don't get the lower corner rooms, not the nicest, but luckily we only slept there. Didn't spend much time in room so was alright.

Great property to stay at! Good air conditioning, absolutely fabulous snorkeling right in front of resort! Good bed , great sleeping!

Beautiful, peaceful setting. Staff are friendly and responsive. Grounds are well kept. Other guests were friendly and fun. I would definitely recommend Suites Turquesa

Staff was very courteous and helpful I would not book room 111 again as I had failed to notice ( not sure it was mentioned when I booked) it has no windows no view and patio area dedicated to this room while I think all the other rooms do have Price was reasonable but I would have paid more if known the limitations- avoid room 111 - not really a suite

Best and most memorable element of this apartment was the view. The apartment was spacious and had good internet. Drinking water tank in the kitchen was nice, thank you for that.

Brief: poor check in, rude staff, cheating on payment, noise in the apartment, hot shower runs out in 2 minutes, no hairdryer. Not brief: There was no one at the registration desk when we arrived. Someone at the property called the right person. She said she would need to drive to the building to collect the payment and would be there in 40 minutes. She suggested to get something to eat in a bar nearby, she said it was a 2-minute walk away. Well, it wasn't a 2-minute walk at all. We dragged our luggage for 20 minutes in total to the bar and back. When we returned, the lady was unfriendly and seemed to be inconvenienced by the need to deal with us. She gave brief information about the facilities, had us sign a couple of forms and produced a card reader to process the payment. She entered the amount in pesos and presented the card reader to me. I didn't think of it twice and didn't do the math, I took out my card and paid the amount. A moment later I received a notification from my banking app that there was a new charge. The amount was 8.5% higher than the rate online. I asked the lady about it. With rude demeanor she said I didn't account for the additional fees that were mentioned on the platform. I was aware of those fees, of course, and showed her the screen of my phone with the total amount in USD, while she showed me the screen of her laptop in USD. We had the same amount. Then she said it was "probably my bank", that she "only enters the amount". Confused I went back to the apartment processing what she said. Everywhere in Mexico I used the same card and the charge in USD always matched the bill. A minute later I went to the front desk to ask another question about the charge. The lady was in her car in front of the building. Someone saw me looking for her and tried to get her attention. At that moment she drove off.

Amazing beach front location perfect for swimming and snorkeling, the penthouse is perfect with the biggest terrace ever and the staff was great and helpful, they let us stay on the beach after check out and were very friendly overall. Everything was really great, also a nice walking distance to town..

Beautiful ocean views, very clean room and direct access to the ocean from the hotel. The hotel is older so shows signs of its age but it's well maintained by the team who run the hotel and they obviously care for it, with regular cleaning, repainting of rooms and fumigating to prevent bugs. There were good amenities in the apartment with a coffee machine. Also a hot shower with good water pressure and comfy bed!

As it's an older hotel it shows some signs of age, and you can hear neighbours, however the cleanliness and comfort of the room far outweighs and sounds from neighbours. The location is a little far from town but it's a lovely ocean front hotel and you're away from the touristy hustle and bustle. We really enjoyed our stay.
