The property was amazing ! The view of the ocean was unbelievable! The staff were so friendly! 10/10. Snorkeling was right behind the property.

We had a one bedroom apartment with a sea view and balconies on the 3rd floor. Amazing sea view and sunsets, spacious and well laid out apartment. Hummingbirds in the garden. Great pool and sun lounger area and steps straight down into the sea for snorkelling. We love snorkelling and went for that - the coral was not as extensive as I hoped and there was a sea grass sandy bottom, however actually the snorkelling was still great, there were a lot of colourful fish, rays, eels and we even saw a turtle - it was really lovely. The apartment was about a 15 minute walk along a wide pavement past a few bars/ sea views to get to the nearest shop, and a relatively cheap 100 peso taxi ride if you prefer that.

WE loved it! The only advice i would give others is do not touch/ hang off the ropes and buoys around the snorkelling area, I got a really nasty sting which took a few days to recover from - apparently hydroids live on the ropes and they sting if you touch them. Take hydrocortizone cream in your first aid kit :)

We spent a week at ST. It was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, great snorkeling, walking distance to many restaurants.

A bit old and musty. A lot of annoying senior couples rent the apartments long term in the winter so it’s like stepping into The Golden Girls drunken antics while wintering in Mexico.
