Suites Turquesa

The view was great. Clean and no bugs. Easy parking during off season. While providing everything we needed, some fixtures could be updated.

The room is nice and clean and includes a kitchenette. The views are incredible and the property has direct access (via ladder) to calm and crystal-clear caribbean waters. The water is too deep to stand on the bottom, but it's great if you are a good swimmer or if you bring a floatation device. There is also a nice pool for relaxing.

Overall just ok. No tv in the living room. Bed was extremely firm (hard as a rock). Arrived at property only to wait over 30 minutes for someone to show up and check us in. Location and snorkeling was very good.

The location was absolutely amazing! The facilities were awesome and the pool and the access to the ocean was absolutely amazing! I also like the fact that you can literally walk to town within 15 minutes. The staff was absolutely awesome and very accommodating. What a great value for the money! I recommend this to anyone that is staying on Cozumel Island!

I completely loved everything about this place!

Nice and clean. Great snorkelling in the water out the back. Saw a turtle, sting rays, pufferfish, an eel and lots of fish. Great place and would happily return

Pool was not cleaned during or even before our stay. Got a very bad urinary infection due to the pool being dirty.

Excellent location by the water, away from crowds. Wonderful and helpful manager, Marcella. Friendly housekeeper, Guadalupe.

Not great water pressure. Pool water gets very hot during the day. Some plane noise because of proximity to airport.
