The room was small but decent and clean but the bed and furniture were very uncomfortable and there were very few amenities so be prepared to go to the grove store. Also, the beach chairs are very uncomfortable as well so it was difficult to relax the entire time as we just couldn’t find a “soft spot” in the whole place. The view and staff were great and there’s plenty of snorkeling right off the patio area. No walkout beach though so climbing in and out of the ladder can be difficult at times depending on the condition of the ocean. Also, be prepared to climb stairs as there is no elevator service and everything is up and down multiple flights of stairs. You’ll also need to rent a vehicle as there’s no taxi service close by and everything is driving distance away.

Noise Disturbance: The apartment was inadequately soundproofed, resulting in significant noise disturbance from neighboring units. We could clearly hear footsteps, conversations, and other noises throughout our stay, severely impacting our sleep and overall enjoyment. Our request to be moved to a higher floor was unfortunately ignored which also is one or the issues with this place. They don’t really care. They will “check in” on you but won’t do anything to support. * Inadequate Hot Water: The hot water supply was extremely limited, providing only approximately 3 minutes of hot water in the shower before turning cold. This significantly impacted our comfort and enjoyment of the apartment. * Kitchen Utensils: The kitchen was poorly equipped with old and scratched utensils, some of which appeared to be made of potentially toxic materials like Teflon and plastic. * Misleading Pricing: The price advertised on Booking.com did not accurately reflect the true cost of the stay. * Insufficient Amenities: For the advertised price, the amenities provided were insufficient. Only a single mini soap was provided for two guests staying for a week. No shampoo, conditioner, or other essential toiletries were included.

The staff were really nice, the room was clean. We had no deck but a glass door to a path leads to the pool, ocean ours was the bottom floor.There was no tv in our room. The overall experience was nice. I would recommend to stay here, the ocean beautiful colours and great for a quick dip and snorkeling. 20 minute walk from the ferry terminal, so quite close if you are able to walk.. bring small bills if going to taxi they don’t take credit card from town to the hotel

I didn't like the tax and commission charged on the booking.

Loved the property, Penthouse was very nice with an amazing view. Location is perfect, close to shopping and restaurants.

I road out Hurricane Helene there I was the only staying in the entire building. It was fun sounded like a train passing through outside. I got a lot of great pictures

There wasn’t anything not to like great spot lots of restaurants within walking distance

The location was a just short walk from the centre. The pool and little beach area was lovely. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The large complimentary water was a nice touch. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

There was no iron or hairdryer.

Most amazing snorkelling facilities right outside the hotel!!
