"All in all we were satisfied with the property. The staff are incredible!!"

The location is good, close to town. The staff are great, very friendly and accommodating.

The room we were in was a bit small with no private outdoor space. It would be nice to have a mirror in the bathroom above the sink.

Love our balcony, pool and the snorkeling right there was great

Most of the people staying there were very nice. Many of them stay for months at a time; therefore it’s almost impossible to book any time there. The management is slow or just neglects to respond via email with answers to questions about availability

"Great value for a longer stay"

Loved the water view, the staff. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed for making breakfast and snacks. No iron, but staff brought me one!

All Cozumel has water pressure issues, so no worse than anywhere else. No elevator, but I needed the exercise!
