The outside was not aesthetically pleasing and neither was the stairway, however the room itself was nice, well equipped and the blackout blinds were great. We did not use the stove because we did not want to stock up on things like oil and salt when only staying a couple of nights. There is no reception desk but we were able to resolve check-in issues via WhatsApp. A few mosquitos invaded - probably because we opened the windows - so bring mosquito repellent. I assume this is a general issue in Sicily or the med as we also got bitten at restaurants at night. Overall we were happy with our stay here.

L’emplacement est parfait, tout peut être fait à pieds. l’appartement est très confortable avec la clime !

Débit dans la douche tres faible, pas d’eau chaude.

Miejsce fajne ,pani o imieniu Jenny (sprzatająca) niezwykle pomocna i cudowna energia.Pobyt udany .Jedynie problem z kodami i dostępem do apartamentu ale dzięki.pomocy Jenny wszystko poszło w miarę sprawnie .Miejsce polecam ,jest czysto ,widoki na morze i spory taras.

Problem z dostępem do apartamentu .Za duże zamieszanie ,za duzo informacji bez na mailu , za mało konkretów dla obcokrajowców. Nie bylam jedyna ,która miała problem.z odbiorem kluczy do apartamentów .

"Preisleistung passt"

Die Lage an sich ist perfekt,wenn man mit Mietauto ankommt. Man muss nicht ins Stadtinnere fahren und findet einen Parkplatz vor dem „Hotel“. In ca. 10 min ist man zu Fuß in Oritigia.

Der Online Check in funktioniert nicht reibungslos, der PIN für das Zimmer muss über Reklamation am Telefon eingefordert werden. Achtung telefonisch, nicht mit Whatsapp oder Mail, da sie darauf nicht reagieren. Achtet dass ihr einen guten Handytarif habt, ihr seid 20 min in der Leitung. An sich haben wir eine halbe Stunde Zeit „verloren“, jedoch sind sie am Telefon freundlich und sehr bemüht. Tipp, sollte eine Stunde vor Eintreffen kein PIN bekannt sein, sich telefonisch melden, so hat man kein Zeitverlust. Der angrenzende Bahnhof stört nicht, allerdings bauen sie diesen zur Zeit aus und die Arbeiten sind bei Nacht, trotzdem findet man Schlaf.
