Good location if you are with train or bus. Good view. Safe neighborhood, nice places to eat close.

Good that place offers to separate your trash but I needed to worry about when to take trash out, which day, follow schedule, when is the pickup, where to put it. That's not something I want to do on vacation. 😅

walking distance to all amenities and center market and terminals if you have to travel by bus or train.

its not similar to the pictures it shows... the building and lift needs an immediate renovation... they gave us the key code late than the required time...we were trying to contact them since we had an early arrival but no response...poor communication and easy and comfort solution.. not enough tissues for the bathroom.. the shower was broken... it was said to be seaview but what you could see was only a small line of sea between 2huge buildings.. not value for money...
