The staffs are amazing. Also their English is perfect so if you have difficulty with the language, here you won’t get any problem. The room condition is great and I really like the location. The hotel is clean and well-equipped. It is like literally opposite side of the Kyoto station.

Lovely spacious room with everything I needed, plus a bit. Opposite station and with many places to eat nearby. Many transport options to the main sights. Walkable to Toji Temple (a gem which is quieter/less visited). Hotel is very clean and well presented.

Hotel is right infront of Kyoto Station. Very convenient to move around. Plus factor is that it has in-house onsen. Staff speak English. ;)
