Great little hotel. Easy to find right across the Russ from the station. The bath was a bonus. Comfy beds and extra pillows. Lots of extras if you want them - toothbrushes etc. Free coffee in the lobby.

Located right next to Kyoto Station, walking distance to many restaurants. Very quiet at night, comfortable bed and pillow, room is very clean. Stuff understands English well and very friendly.

The hotel is situated across Kyoto Station w/c makes our stay convenient to move around & a lot of restaurant around. It is in the middle of everything. Walkable to Aeon Mall, Kyoto Tower and endless shops at the station. The bus limo to KIX IS just a hop from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It’s clean and most probably because of language barrier, the staff refrain in making conversation. They are all polite.

"Location, value and comfort"

First of all, the location of this hotel is excellent – directly opposite Hachijo West exit. That means that anything you need is a short walk away - convenience stores, bars, fast-food etc. My room was compact but not super small, and of course it was spotlessly clean. I found the breakfast to be a very good selection. The onsite onsen is small but very good, and a great way to relax after a day of travel. I even received a free gift of Japanese socks on arrival, which was a unique touch. The staff here were excellent.
