Lovely

The house and the hostess were amazing. The hostess responded quickly to our questions, and the breakfast was so delicious. The house is centrally located in downtown Wilmington, and we walked to restaurants and admired the beautiful architecture of the neighborhood.

Beautiful decor and very unique. Good communication when we were having to travel far and required late check-in. We were surprised there was a very loud dog barking when we arrived - and continued to bark for a while. That was not pleasant. The only other complaint is getting up in the morning and looking forward to breakfast. We weren't greeted at all by staff (the one person). We had to find him and ask him what was what and tell him what we wanted to eat. Another guest was even confused as to where everything was. I had to point things out for him. I like minimal, but it was just a bit too minimal.

I had a wonderful overnight in Wilmington and am happy I chose Dreamers. The quaint little town was walkable, and I loved being surrounded by the staely homes. The owenrs were very kind and accomodating. Breakfast was outstanding and they gave me a parking pass so that I was able to park right in front of the gorgeous building. And the bed- wow! I slept great and will def be back.

Great location in historic downtown. Walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants, and Cape Fear River.

Accessibility of the room (no hand rails up the stairs) and clawfoot bath tub taller than what was I comfortable with. Smart lock can be kind of buggy/glitchy.

Absolutely zero customer service. Tried to call facility 6 times, even went to facility and heard the phone ringing while i was calling. Tried to check in early but no response. Check in details were too lengthy and again nobody was at facility to help. Had to help another couple get into their room. Only saw one person in the morning who was preparing breakfast. Breakfast was good but no directions whatsoever how it all worked. Despite being a lovely room and good location lack of customer service will stop me from booking or recommending again
