This is the cutest spot in Wilmington! The ambiance was amazing and every corner of the entire building was photo worthy. The service and accommodations were great and the food was fresh and amazing. The level of comfort was unexpected in such a historic and beautiful building, and I was pleasantly surprised. I will be back!

The house was very beautiful, and the location extremely convenient. Check-in and check-out were also smooth and flexible, which we really appreciated. However, we were quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. On the very first day, the floor was already dusty and not properly cleaned. Even worse, the room was not cleaned at all on the second day—no fresh towels, no change of bed sheets, and we couldn’t even take a shower. We reached out to the hosts, but unfortunately, nothing was done to address the issue (I still have the email exchange as proof). Another point of disappointment was the breakfast. It was advertised as both vegetarian and vegan, but when we asked the staff on the first morning, we were told that only vegan options were available and that they did not serve vegetarian food. As a result, we couldn’t have breakfast there and had to look for another place. Overall, my husband and I were really disappointed by the experience, despite the lovely setting and convenient location.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom tub was odd and the artistic decoration ok. Staff was largely absent and although they advertised breakfast, it virtually nonexistent.

This spot is so charming & thoughtfully designed, whether you're vegan or just looking for a unique stay with a great atmosphere & hospitality. My favorite part is the amazing made-to-order vegan breakfast that’s absolutely delicious & beautifully presented. It's a super short walk from downtown, and parking is easy!
