The property itself has a lot of character. The owner was so great. Breakfast was wonderful.

The stairs were a bit rough to the third floor. We will request a second floor room when we return.

We loved our stay. Everything was fabulous. Sherry took great care of us.

It was an old home, which I loved. But, it was decorated modern, nice flare! The breakfasts were delicious,5 star. Our room was large, especially the bathroom.

I LOVED my stay here. I was in town for a concert, but also wanted to walk around downtown and visit the beach. This was a perfect location. The check-in process was easy and the directions were clear. Additionally, it was easy to get in touch with staff to ask questions. The home was beautiful. I loved my room, it was just what I needed with thoughtful touches and lots of natural sunlight streaming through the windows. The grounds were nice and there was a porch with seating and a hammock. The breakfast was really good - I especially liked the mochi waffle and the scrambled egg with bell pepper. I absolutely want to stay here again when I’m in Wilmington.

Very comfortable BnB in a well maintained historic home. The location is perfect, walking distance from downtown and the waterfront. Great place, would definitely stay here again next time we visit Wilmington.

It was very homey. Really liked it. AC was very strong and there was no way to change temperature. Very Low lighting- needed more lighting in the bathroom specifically during styling and makeup

Great location to downtown and easy to walk to. Comfy bed and room!

Breakfast was exceptional our host Sherry was awesome! Property is very well kept and in a great location for walking to shops and restaurants. The beds are super comfortable and the house is set in a quiet location surrounded by other historic homes.

Bathroom with tub could be difficult to get in and out

The house is absolutely gorgeous! Everything was fantastic. The only complaint was theres a fairly big crack in the wall in our room. But everything else was really nice and we would love to come back!

Beautiful property in an excellent location right in the historic district of the city. Breakfast was excellent, as was the service provided by the host. Can’t fault overall.
