Beautiful property and room. Great value and extremely friendly and welcoming. If I’m back I’ll definitely stay here and highly recommend

Dreamers was AMAZING!! Sherry took great care of everyone, she is so nice and helpful. First solo trip and the location of Dreamers is everything that you need to experience the wonderful Wilmington!

Parking was on street only and just 1 hr directly in front of home. We were told to look for parking along Dock or Orange streets. We were unable to find any parking, so texted proprietor. She told us we could purchase a parking pass for $25/day which we did. Room was on 2nd floor. No nightstands, no counter or even proper sink with counter to place items. (My soap fell in toilet). Floor of bath was concrete.( Can’t imagine how cold in winter!!! Brrr) Claw tub only —very high and difficult to get in and out of—-with rainhead shower inside. There was a hand wand with three unmarked fawcet handles. Couldn’t determine hot from cold and hand nozzle was left open so water flooded entire floor and our towels were doused. I opted not to shower due to no dry towels first night. Room was sparsely furnished which appeared to be items from Goodwill that had no semblance of color nor attempt at decorating. Duvet cover was baby poop brown. Mattress was uncomfortable. There was no room thermostat. No in-room coffee. Sherry was pleasant and answered our questions promptly. House was very rustic (old) and needs extensive work. There was no welcome note, cookies or glass of wine. It felt like a hostel. On the positive side, location was very good and walking distance to river restaurants and attractions. We felt we should have been advised about lack of parking beforehand and bathroom situation. Dining room is very small and uncomfortable. Small refrigerators are supplied in kitchen to store food. We will not return, needless to say.

Amazing experience!

Adorable bed and breakfast experience. Sherry was a delight, she made the stay so welcoming ❤️. We checked in and was guaranteed the best room available and worked out that we got the Romantic Suite! Will definitely come back here again!

It was a lovely location and place to stay. Close to downtown and walking distance to so many things.
