We had a wonderful stay at Dreamers. The hostess Sherry reached out the day of our check-in to provide details upon our arrival. She was very accommodating and helpful with our requests, not to mention the breakfasts were delicious. We would stay there again and would recommend to anyone looking for an authentic bed and breakfast experience.

We stayed here for 4th of July weekend and loved it! It was so quiet and relaxing! The room and shared spaces were great! The staff were always readily available and super accommodating! Even had beach chairs for us to use:)

I picked this bnb specifically as the information I found said it provided a vegan breakfast. I booked before the property changed hands. I was a little concerned closer to my travel date as I hadn’t received info and was seeing online that the bnb was closed. This was the only part of my trip that caused me stress. I was traveling a long way to celebrate my birthday over the Memorial Day weekend. Thankfully I was able to contact the former owner and they reassured me. It would have been nice to get introduction info from the new owner before my trip. The new owner was very excited to accommodate my whole food plant based SOS diet and the food I had while at the bed and breakfast was fantastic. I enjoyed my time relaxing reading in the living room and on the porch and wandering around the historic downtown. The bnb was quiet and cozy. The number code locks on the doors took a bit to figure out.

We had a wonderful Mother daughter trip to Wilmington and stayed here. Everything was absolutely beautiful and the breakfast every morning was delicious! Sherry was very accommodating and so friendly. Would highly recommend.

Instructions were concise and easy to follow. Nice location and breakfast was wonderful.

No on site parking. Parking on adjacent streets was easy to find though.

Highly recommend, it’s the cutest property and Sherry was truly a wonderful host. She was so welcoming and accommodating. We were there for my birthday and she managed to organise and cook up an amazing spread and set it up at the patio.

Booked for 1 night through Booking.com. Unlike any of my countless bookings this provider never got in contact with any check in details. On arrival there was no one to let us into the property, just a number to ring on the door which is difficult when you are from the UK. Fortunately 2 other guests arrived who rang the host who gave us a code to let ourselves in, she never turned up. We booked the suite, very well equipped, the house has a lot of character. WiFi never worked, dead cockroach on the floor. Breakfast was very good, but no apologies offered. All in all not a good experience, my wife couldn’t wait to leave

Historic house in beautiful area with loads of character and updated with plenty of comforts. Very walkable to downtown Wilmington and the river walk. Hostess is very responsive, very friendly, very efficient and a great breakfast maker. Everything was comfortable and we loved the wrap around porch and the gardens.

Check in was a disaster. No messages were ever send, no one present at the property at arrival. Other guests had to let us in and ring the manager, who just gave instructions on the phone. WiFi never worked, dead cockroach in our room.
