Lovely spacious property had everything we needed

Some items need updating like dining chairs

Great location, very accommodating for a large group.

L’emplacement

Aucun ménage n’avais été fait avant notre arriver. Literie pas confortable, mobilier de la maison trop vétuste voir même cassé. Pas assez de vaisselle pour le nombre que l’on étais. Aucun balai ou aspirateur pour faire du ménage, ou aucune femme de ménage alors que cela étais prévu Machine à laver qui a fuit (nous avons du faire la réparation nous même )

The location was excellent. The accommodation was spacious and clean, and most of the beds were comfortable - apart from the camp beds!

The villa needs updating and attention needs to be paid to the details. The kitchen was very poorly equipped with no instruction manual for the appliances - particularly the oven. There are gas levers by the oven which are required to power it but this isn't clear. We discovered after much stress that if the hob gas lever was turned on the oven would short and need to be reset at the fuse box. Similarly, the gas levers did something to the boiler which would constantly need to be reset - all very confusing and stressful, particularly on the first night cooking dinner. There was a distinct lack of cooking equipment and shelves in the oven,. we had to resort to cooking everything on the hob. And when showers went cold because of the boiler issues you'd have to figure out why! Similarly, the TV seemed to be very temperamental - working sometimes and others not switching on. There was obviously a system but with no explanation we couldn't figure it out. The lounge area was also not set up for 10 guest - you could fit 4 people on the sofa max! Finally, on our second to last day, the maintenance man came to clean the pool and tidy the garden. this involved petrol lawnmowers and leaf blowers - all extremely noisy and inconvenient to my elderly parents who liked to relax at the Villa during the day. As a courtesy I think these sort of tasks should be completed at handover - not when you have guests staying at the accommodation. The villa has so much potential to be wonderful but it is tired and lacking comforts that I would expect for the price paid.

Location was fantastic great feedback from the group. The villa was great the bed sheets and covers was not clean(a letdown) Game's Room not bad pool table need's replacing . The area was perfect with plenty of activities to do

The dirty sheets There was a washing machine but 8 bloke's don't want to wash bedsheets?

Fantastic villa. Made very welcome with prosecco and cake and a card to congratulate us on our anniversary thanks to Tiago who was very pleasant and helpful Would highly recommend Guy

It was big and spacious. Location was good.

The place needs a good clean. There are stains on beds, rugs, pool tables, and walls. Locker drawers looked like they'd been vomited in. Black mould in the bathroom and on some walls. All sliding doors didn't lock and could easily be opened from the outside. .

House is really big and lovely. Had everything we needed and the games room was excellent. Tiago, the host, was really helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Swimming pool is freezing - sun only catches the corner of the pool in the morning and then the opposite corner in the afternoon

The pluses - The size was perfect for our party of 6

The minuses - Villa was NOT as the pictures the outside was very uneven an accident waiting to happen the artificial grass was all colours and screwed down and very uneven garden lights were held together with pull ties and gaffer tape garden chairs you had to put 2 together otherwise they collapsed there was no bbq area just a rusty old bbq that needed to be thrown away like a £20 one from b&q that you just use for the Summer then throw the sun cover has seen better days and looked very dangerous with metal rods sticking put of it dishwasher kept leaking all curtains were old and stained oh and if you want the pool heated it's €60 per day. The whole inside needs a lick of paint and the outside needs completely redoing
