Good breakfast. Staff friendly.

Carpet on stairs very very dirty looking. Room very hot. Not offered fan but found one. Shared bathroom which didnt realise on booking. Tv in room didnt have signal.

"Relaxed & friendly pub"

Our room was the most expensive and very nicely decorated wth an over rooftop view of the harbour. Bed super comfy and good over bath shower. Very good breakfast.

A busy area so street parking can be difficult. Filthy carpet on steep stairs to bedrooms.
