Very characterful place with an excellent well stocked pub.

Shared bathroom was used by someone else who wasn't in the adjacent room....a minor grumble but they had left a mess...

Relaxed and genuinely welcoming. Breakfast was freshly cooked and a great start to the day. Sunday roast is also totaly recommended. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable, perfect for what we needed.

Remembering that the rooms are above an old pub, it is not quiet during opening hours, for some this might be a drawback.
