Room was quiet and mostly pleasant. Lady at the desk on check out was very nice.

Staff was not terribly friendly at check in. Room thermostat seemed broken. Alarm clock was broken so you could not change the time or set an alarm.

The Pals Educational Foundation a 501 (c) 3! not for profit organization, founded in 2019 and operating out of San Antonio, Texas held its annual scholarship fundraiser event at the San Antonio Marriott Northwest venue on Thursday evening, April 16, 2026. The venue, the catering services, and the customer service was absolutely amazing. I would like to single out several of the associates / employees at the Marriott Northwest venue who were ‘awesome’. Tammy Fernandez, Laura Rodriguez, and Angela Zargoza exemplify the best in what businesses strive achieving, “a customer friendly experience’ that makes the customer want to return to that business all the time. Tammy, Laura, and Angela are superb. Thank you!

It has been a beyond wonderful experience here at the Marriott while attending our company conference. Angela Saragoza and Laura Rodriguez have been very attentive. The bathrooms are spotless and have toilet paper/paper towels stocked. We always had fresh water and coffee. One of the ladies even used a water pitcher to fill my water bottle up all the way, talk about top tier service!! Highly recommend and thankful to those two associates for making this experience.
