"Fabulous"

We had a fabulous lunch at the Marriott NW Medical Center. My sister and I had an awesome steak the night before, so we decided to have lunch with the rest of our family. We met Chef James Bass as we were entering the lounge area. Although, it was closed he insisted that we have lunch. Wow what a 5 star meal with a 5 star waiter. Thank you Eric Martinez! Everything was amazing! The food was perfectly seasoned and the presentation was just as good. As long as Eric and James are around I will be back. Thank you for the blessing today James and Eric. See you soon…..,

"Fabulous lunch experience"

Fabulous experience! Had lunch prepared by Chef James and served by Eric. These two men are so professional and gracious! Chef James prepared our meals and provided a 5 star experience and the care Eric took serving our family was top notch. Crazy to find this type of service in a SA hotel. Thank you for the unforgettable experience. We will be back!

"5 star Customer Service does exist!"

Due to weather our family decided to eat at the hotel. It appeared to be closed and it was. Chef James was beyond gracious. Chef James insisted on opening the restaurant and provided a 5 star experience. My family joked that Chef James was more stubborn than we are and wouldn’t take no for an answer. The food was amazing, not your typical hotel food. Eric provided a 5 star customer service experience which started as soon as we sat down. Chef James provided a beautiful presentation with high quality food cooked to perfection. I was very surprised to receive this level of experience. If you find yourself in this hotel or better yet, make an effort to visit, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again Chef James and Eric! Well done!

"Clean hotel with a courteous staff and convenient location"

Really clean room and a comfortable bed. The lobby, pool and workout facility were wonderful. Staff was very courteous. Great location as well, so it's easy to hop on and off the major freeways to get to wherever you're going. (Bonus is that you cannot hear the noise of the highways from your room, even though it's right there.)

The AC was a little loud when it would kick on, which could be an issue if you're a light sleeper.
