Good location, the room is clean. Quiet. But I don't know, maybe it's because no one lived next to our room.

You have to pay $10/night for parking. The AC was very loud. In the description it was said that we will have 2 queen beds, but it was not true. Beds were so small, I'm not even sure that they are full size.

The ambiance was nice, also the view from my room was amazing.

I had to be searching for a microwave and an ice machine. I eventually had to go to the front desk to ask. Iwas located on the seventh floor and had to go to the eleventh floor to get ice and the fourth floor or first floor to use a microwave.Then I was told I had to pay for my breakfast, when I was told that my booking included a continental breakfast. As well as a seven to ten days wait to get my $50.00 refund was a bit long I think.

It’s been a total delight so far! From the check in to the hotel facility! Such a great hotel! I do want to give a special shoutout to Eric Martinez. He was the main person at the lounge and he was exceedingly welcoming, and did everything in his way to make sure I and the others in the lounge were well taken care of! They had run out of decaf coffee and I’m pregnant so I can only drink decaf within seconds he ordered one from downstairs and got it delivered to my table. What a guy! Helped me in ways he doesn’t know! Anyways, he made my trip extra special! Thank you for hiring great staff like him, Marriott!!

Great place with spacious interiors and excellent customer service. A special shoutout to Mr. Eric Martinez from food and beverage, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and accommodating. His efforts were greatly appreciated, and I will definitely be back.

Horrible staff and poorly maintained hotel. Front Desk Staff does not answer phone and had to go down to desk 3 times. TV had error message on1/4 of the screen and would shut off on it's own!!! It was not working entire stay and staff never fixed when notified. Laminate floor was buckling and shower supplies were broken and cracked, fell when trying to get shampoo. NO covers on some outlets SERIOUS safety hazard for children. Staff tells you do not call Anthony/ Manager and you can not talk to a manager. They will take care of the problem and never did!!! Nice location Very nice atmosphere. Room was clean and bathroom immaculate. Good value for your money Great service at buffet/bar area by DreyJessi and the barista Deamber.
