San Antonio Marriott Northwest Medical Center

My dad and I have been going here for years as he DJs for parties, Angela and Laura are wonderful waitresses! throughout the years they have both been very kind and have always greeted us with a smile and helped us with whatever we needed.

I like the M member access.

I didn't like the fact that online booking gives you the opportunity to chose a room. I chose a king with a balcony. Now from the picture that's online shows a garden tub in a King room with a balcony. My room did not have a garden tub.

Clean facility, friendly service & great amenities.

There was a wasp nest in the corner out in the patio, not a huge deal though. I made sure to let them know in our way out for the next occupants.

Got a decent rate when the Spurs were playing in the championship and other things going on.

Definitely need a rooms redo soon. The carpet looked worn. The flooring by the sink was worn and was starting to come up. Not enough outlets. Had medical equipment that I needed to plug in and it was awkward. I made it work anyway. Also, not sure about the housekeeping staff. It looked like they came and straightened the sheets but didn’t appear to have cleaned the bathroom.

Excellent service. Location is primo. Breakfast in room was very good. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The hotels grounds such as bar, lounge and pool were nice

The room was dirty, big smelly stain on the carpet, dusty furniture, and big stains on the bed’s headboard that I had to remove with sanitising wipes.

We had a great time. The staff were very good and very helpful. Angela and Laura did very good in making sure all that we need were taken cared of. Very good customer service. Til next time.
