Very clean, very nice staff, overall decent stay

Paper thin walls where you can listen to everything your neighbors are doing, had some noisy neighbors throughout the night and they did not let me sleep

I liked the staff in the M lounge and the amenities. Housekeeping was great, kept us stocked with clean towels and kept our bed made and room clean. The Asian lady at the desk was super sweet and helpful!

The Hispanic woman with the red hair at the front desk has a flat personality, she acts like she hates her job and looks/speaks to you like you're an inconvenience to her. There were kids that seemed to be staying with their coaches for a game, they were outside the M lounge knocking on the door and gesturing to us to open the door for them, definitely don't mind kids in the lounge but it was slightly uncomfortable for us cause there's no way for us to verify they're supposed to be in the lounge and we wouldn't want to get in any trouble for letting everyone in. On the last day of our stay, the halls and elevators reeked of Marijuana, not very pleasant to smell early in the morning.

Staffs are great from the check-in to room cleaners.

All is good at this hotel.

la habitacion esta linda la cama y almohadas super comodas :)

solo el tema de tener que pagar por wi fi no me gusto mucho
