It looks nice and comfortable but adding on such a high charge for room service and also for concierge should have been mentioned before booking. Travelling with a baby and a lot of luggage it was very disappointing.

The policies. So even when someone can’t leave their room they charge a extortionate service charge and concierge fee which is not highlighted on booking or during check in!

The room was clean and the fitness center was large. It was also close to the hotel which was exactly what I needed.

In the room I was in I kept hearing the people above me dragging their chairs across the floor.

Great location for the airport, I was able to return the rental car after checking out, with just a short journey to Departures at the airport. The room was superb, the decor, fittings and design all excellent.
