There was nothing I didn’t like

- taman / bilik / kawasan bersih&cantik terjaga - semua staf sungguh baik .... en param - tempat tenang & jauh dari kesibukan

- tasik depan tu buat spoil scenery....dulu tahun 70 an tasik cantik biru...sekarang amat menyedihkan😭

This was the “splurge” part of my trip and it really ended up being a very luxurious and peaceful experience. The hotel is located in a really beautiful part of Ringlet with a beautiful view. The rooms make you feel like you’re back in time in a good way :) while others have raved about the hotel. I will say that the staff were the STARS of my stay. They went above and beyond to make me feel computable. From Shantini ans Balqis on the front desk, to Thilaga and Parmesh in the dining room, to the hotel manager Samantha, to several other members of the staff - everyone was very kind and sweet and had exceptional attention to detail when serving me. It was a beautiful stay for me!

المكان بعيد عن الخدمات جدا السعر مبالغ فيه بالنسبة ليه لن أعاود حجز في هذا الفندق مرة أخرى ليس عيبا فيه لكان المكان يستهدف فئة معينه جدا ربما يتم تشبه مثل أماكن تقاعد وليس لاستماع من وجهة نظري وأعتقد أنا المكان يحتاج إلى تحديث الداخلي قليلا وعمل بعض النشاطات اليوميه لجعل المكان اكثر نشاط للزوار بحكم بعد المكان وتحديث المطعم والمشربات مثل القهوة وأنواعها بصراحة الطعم ليس بالجيد لشرب القهوة وجهة نظري هذا تقبل وا تفرض وشكرا…
