My stay at The Lakehouse Cameron Highlands was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the charming Tudor-style architecture, misty surroundings, and serene lake views created an atmosphere that felt like stepping into a peaceful countryside retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the outstanding hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Param, Suresh, Bilquis, and the entire team—each one went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine kindness added a personal touch that is so rare and memorable. Every detail, from the beautifully maintained rooms to the thoughtful service, reflected a commitment to excellence. Whether it was a friendly greeting, prompt assistance, or simply anticipating our needs before we even asked, the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable and special. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with impeccable service, The Lakehouse is truly a gem. I can’t wait to return!

I love the hotel history, landscape and the views the interior of the hotel cozy feeling , need some amendments

For me the food was an issue to be honest the menu is very limited, the breakfast buffet is limited too , it should have more variety for westerners, Arabs as well , it was very expensive and not that good plus u don’t have alternative near by so u stuck with what u have

Beautiful & very well maintained old house, amazing garden, best breakfast we had in Malaysia, very good restaurant, great & very professional staff

No hot chocolate, restaurant & bar a bit pricy

The Hotel was excellent and very comfortable. We were looked after very well with wonderful services. The only problem was that we went during a major holiday period and the roads were completely blocked which meant that we had to shorten any visits that we would have liked to do.
