Was given wrong key box code. Had to call to get sorted. Tjere was a shaver on top of the shower ( wasnt mine)!!!!

"Could be improved."

The shower in flat 8 needs replacing. There was no working temperature control (extremes of temperature) and we couldn’t move the shower head without it falling down. The mains shower switch was in the hallway and off, not obvious, I had to ring the office before I could have a shower. There appear to be 16 flats and 9 parking spaces; I didn’t get one. There are parking restrictions on the street Mon-Fri 9-5. We ended up sitting in the car for 30 mins before checking in to avoid a ticket. No chopping board. I wasn’t convinced by the window security. Ground floor and no lock on the v large window.
