The bed wasn't the best

It was a good location and it was warm. The kitchen was clean and the bed linen and towels were clean. The cleaner arrived as we were leaving and she was very polite.

It smelt as if pets had been in the studio. There was fur or hair of some sort stuck on the dining chairs. The radiator had thick dust hanging out of it and the main light fixture was extremely dusty. I hung my coat on the wall and it came off with a thick coat of white dust all over it - not sure how to clean that off easily. The shower runs icy cold if someone runs the kitchen tap. The sofa was dusty and could use a deep clean. There was a lot of bird poo on the windows and the communal areas had low head height and dirty carpets.

Location, convenience, parking on site, easy walk to shops and sites, well equipped kitchen

The internal doors were a bit of a pain but that’s a construction issue and can’t be helped. Shower was on the small side. Susceptible to neighbour noise from above
