"Good value for money"

The location and the offers within the apartment facilities are great. Good value for money.

Front door was out of service and back door access is quite precarious, specially if it is raining. There was a strong smell at the common area of apartment 6 which was not great.

"Ok but won’t stay here again"

Great location and with parking - well equipped, very fast WiFi

Suspect which apartment you get impacts the experience. We were ground floor and a) it was very damp with some mould, extractor fans didn’t work b) bed wasn’t comfortable, struggled to sleep c) dropped something down side of bed so had to lift mattress and underneath was thick with dust and cobwebs - can’t have been cleaned in years.

Bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped

TV didn't work, Shower had no shower curtain so bathroom flooded when you had a shower. Extractor fan in kitchen isn't vented to the outside so kitchen smells just stay in the room. Not ideal when you also have to sleep in the same room.

"Perfect, parking brilliant, location great, very clean and a comfy bed."

The parking, the location, the apartment was very well equipped and very clean. It was absolutely perfect. The bed was also super comfortable.

The free parking is an absolute winner. It made it so easy and stress free. If I need to be back in Bristol I would definitely book again.

Shower needed a new head and new hose as very scaled up and a split in the hose meant it wasn’t as good as it should have been . Easy fix which will make a huge difference.
