"Awful!!!"

We stayed there for the Iceman bike race in November 2025 and our bikes were stolen and security cameras were not on the parking lots, security was a joke and told that we had to call the police so we did and made a report, no manager ever even contacted us during our stay . Go to Grand Traverse resort to get things stolen and charged a fortune to stay there. The lady at the desk gave us 2 free drinks !!

"Another good stay in TC area"

We have stayed here several times in 2025. Mostly because the location is good for us and the amenities are nice. No road noise, little congestion, nice staff. We have yet to play golf or visit the casino.

Other dining options in the immediate area are limited, however the hotel restaurants are good and service is usually very good.

"This Sequel ROCKS!!"

Usually sequels aren't as good as the Part 1 of a movie or series, besides Godfather Part 2( Great movie). But our second experience at Grand Traverse Resort and Spa was one for the ages!!!  Seeing familiar faces made our visit even better. AJ, the facility manager was very welcoming. Carol, the Concierge, was helpful with new locations to enjoy, Michaela and Kim, the two bartenders poured and poured generously, Jake, who was a bartender himself and now is a Food and Beverage manager made sure we were taken care of at all times in all three areas of food and drink, Anita and Adrian, the hostess and waiter, made our NIIJII dining incredibly enjoyable. Anita said "Hi" to us every time we passed the restaurant, LOL!! And lastly, the AERIE Feast at their premier resturant, I have no words. We thought the Sea Bass we had in February was untouchable. But when I tell you the Tomahawk steak was cut with a fork and literally melted in our mouths would be an understatement. It was even BETTER!!! We have decided to come back at the same time of year every year. We tried to stay another night, but when we realized the Junior Suite was booked we decided not to. Once you enjoy the comfort, space and the FRICKEN water closet, it's hard to go back to a single room and shower!! Thanks to you and your Great Staff once again! We will never forget your generosity and accommodating hospitality. See you all next year!
